Horne Construction served as the General Contractor for this $2.5 million, 37 unit, Senior housing complex. The project was delivered on time, on budget and safely. In addition to the
spacious apartments, the three story facility has a community room, laundry area and sun room on each floor. Each apartment is connected to the manager’s office with a nurse call system for emergencies. The Somersworth Housing Authority manages the complex for the New Hampshire Housing Authority. |
