Horne Construction was the Design/Builder for this $2 million renovation/addition project for the University System of New Hampshire. Although Horne’s proposal was not the lowest priced, the University deemed that ours was the most complete and our successful track record with previous University projects made us the preferred vendor.
Horne’s attention to detail has resulted in a building, which is great looking and an extremely functional facility. The Team incorporated many innovative solutions to overcome budget restraints and gave the University the majority of the items on their “wish list.” We delivered a lot of building for the budget.
