Horne Construction served as the
Construction Manager for this state of the art Automobile Sales and Service
facility.
Land Rover USA developed this prototype dealership to use as a
model for all new Land Rover buildings throughout the country; this was the
first ground-up prototype facility to be constructed anywhere in the
nation.
The project consisted of a large and comfortable Showroom, a
substantial Parts Department, a state of the art Service Department and an
outside Test/Obstacle Track.
Four years after the initial Project's
completion Horne Construction was asked to serve as the Construction Manager
for another project at this location, this time to double the size of the
Service Department. |
