When Ralph Blackington formed the Horne Construction Company, he wanted it to be a different kind of Construction Company and replace the typical adversarial relationships with a true teamwork approach.

At Horne Construction we realize that we have to bring the Owner, Design Professionals, Subcontractors and Suppliers together as a Team to accurately address the requirements and needs of the project.

We are able to deal with customers with a variety of needs because we take the time to fully understand our customer's requirements. The earlier an Owner involves Horne Construction in their project the better we are able to see the full scope of the project and communicate that to all of the Team members.

During our history, we have been fortunate to have constructed great projects for terrific Owners all the while developing the best team of dedicated construction professionals to be found anywhere in the industry.
